Sugar free update!
Yesterday was my boyfriend's sister's birthday, so it was very hard to resist sugar cravings, but I did it! I ate some chips so I hope there was no sugar in it but at least I didn't touch really sugary things. It's still easy and I started to eat salty things in the morning. I ate toasted bread with a little bit of butter, salt and basil. It's a bit harder to stay focused on eating healthy since I'm not at home! Tonight my boyfriend is going to prepare pastas with a tomato sauce. So nice!
